Brush Off® Makeup Brush Cleanser has been used at makeup counters and by professionals since 1993. The formula cleans and conditions dirty brushes in a short period of time. For optimal performance, use the 16 oz. bottle to refill the 4 oz. spray bottle. Directions: Spray cleanser directly onto brush and brush it off onto a tissue. Dries in moments.
